Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.

The Twiki web has default access control set so that vandals and others cannot accidentally update topics there. The Main web is just as much an administrative web as TWiki. What we need is the Admin, User and Docco webs ASAP!

Addendum:

It seems that there are problems in trying to restrict access to the TWiki web.

On the face of it, ordinary users should have no more need to go there than they would have to edit the registry on Widnwos or edit the /etc/ files under UNIX. But if we tie down that web too much, all thigns like WebTopBar and many others that are INCLUDE'd become inaccessible.

Perhaps we need a web for the INCLDUEs

The main web is not and admin web; there are user topics there, yes, but otherwise it is a normal web. I can't see any good reason for impose restrictive access by default; it creates far more issues than it solves. - CC
