Detail

The auto-testcase in SpreadSheetPluginTestCases create errors in DEC2HEX and DEC2BIN for negative numbers:
  Expected Actual
$DEC2BIN(-100) 11111111111111111111111110011100 1111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111110011100
$DEC2HEX(-54) FFFFFFCA FFFFFFFFFFFFFFCA
I guess this is related to my 64bit-Perl installation. If so, then this isn't easy to fix without knowing the architecture where the test is running on.

Fix: Removed negative numbers in test, overkill.
