When running configure, the apache error_log has these types of errors:

Unquoted string "useful" may clash with future reserved word at /var/www/twiki/lib/TWiki/Plugins/WatchlistPlugin/Config.spec line 34

This is caused by a comment line that does not start with a # hash.
