Detail

TWiki::Store::RcsFile::hidePath() always returns ".../DIR/FILE.EXT", which is not enough to identify the file in many cases. It's fine with a topic in a top level web. Other than that, e.g. with a topic in a subweb, or an attachment, the resulting path is not enough to identify the file. Instead, hidePath() needs to return .../WEB/TOPIC.txt with a topic and .../WEB/TOPIC/FILE.EXT with an attachment (WEB contains / if it's a subweb).
