Refactored out tagging discussion.

I have looked at this.

The variables are in NewUserTemplate

I have tried removing them and it gave no negative result. I cannot see that they are doing anything.

Are these simply old Cairo variables that accidently got re-entered in a SVN checkin?

The strange thing is that in TWiki 4.0.0 people registered and the variable were ignored and not included. So it may be a DEVELOP change that makes them visible. But if they are not used they should be removed from the NewUSerTemplate

I am tagging this to be solved in 4.0.2.

KJL

It was a vintage bug that had been accidentally re-enabled.

Tidied up and made a better solution.

SVN 9109, SVN 9110, already merged.

Closed with the release of 4.0.2
