Detail

Current behavior when including a section from a different web: WikiWord links get prefixed with the web name of the included web. This is done so that links continue to work. For example, if you are in Current web and include a topic located in the Other web that has a link called WebNotify, the included text will be fixed to Other.WebNotify.

For some TWiki applications it is desirable to turn off this behavior, e.g. WikiWord should be left untouched when including content across webs.

This small "nobrainer" enhancement adds a disablefixlinks parameter to INCLUDE and STARTSECTION.

This enhancement is needed for the Item6879 user reports feature.
