Detail

If a whole web is renamed, the afterRenameHandler is called with undefined values for $oldTopic and $newTopic.

In WatchlistPlugin, this leads to a warning *** Use of uninitialized value $w in substitution (s///) at /media/haj/linuxdevel/twiki/trunk/core/lib/TWiki/Plugins/WatchlistPlugin/Core.pm line 752. As a consequence of the undefined variable, topics like "Web.#" or "Web.##" are searched for as ".#" and ".##", respectively.
