Detail

The metadata repository (mdrepo) UI code (lib/TWiki/UI/MdrepoUI.pm) has validity check regular expressions for record IDs and field names hardcoded as \w+. This should be fine for the sites and webs tables, but a custom table may have a different requirement.

They need to be configurable as follows.

$TWiki::cfg{Mdrepo}{RecordIDRe} = '\\w[-.:\\w]*';
$TWiki::cfg{Mdrepo}{FieldNameRe} = '[a-z]+';
