Situation:
- The perl script reside in the top-level directory.
- The general path setting
ScriptUrlPath
is set to /
Problem:
- several links at the page bottom (i.e. More Actions and History) are broken
- other links at the page bottom (i.e. Edit) function as expected
This is an extreme edge case; it is quite hard to imagine why you would want the scripts to reside in /.
My inclination is to document this as an exception i.e. disallow / as the
ScriptUrlPath
. Can you give a convincing argument for why we shouldn't do that?

It is an edge case, agreed. That's the reason for the initial
normal priority. Anyhow I thought I should report this bug, since some links work properly, some don't. I am fine with your suggested solution. --

OK. Dropping priority to normal.

A scriptUrlPath of / is actually ok, but if you take the new help literally, then it isn't allowed. Since the alternative is an empty string, which is also disallowed, then everything works as expected.
