As well as the Func API, there are a number of implicitly published APIs that plugins authors may need.
  • TWiki::Meta
  • TWiki::OopsException
  • TWiki::AccessControlException
  • TWiki::Attrs
None of these is actually essential to a plugin, but they add certain functionalities that any programmer will expect to see and be able to interact with. They should therefore be fully documented, but it's not clear from the Func documentation nor their internal documentation that they are really published APIs.

(The exceptions may both need to be thrown by plugins, and also trapped by plugins)

Done. Removed some pointless functions from TWiki::Meta in the process (not called by any committed plugins)
