This is useful in some cases where the comment box is needed only once, e.g. in meeting minutes. Each meeting has a box for entering minutes, action items, etc, and once the scribe submits it, the form goes away, which keeps the page nice and tidy. There are many other places where we use this.

The changes required to Comment.pm are very minimal: copy _nth() to _delete_nth(), make the changes and call it in the correct places.

Pankaj's implementation suffers from the fact that remove and nopost are not cleanly decoupled. The implementation also requires tests and documentation of the new options. Apart from that, it's a jolly good idea.
