1. Verbatim text.
Printed out verbatim text is a light gray, which has a low contrast on paper, especially if the printout is scaled down a bit. Same issue on FF and IE.
I suggest to make this much darker, but not black so that it still can be distinguished from normal text.
2. Tables
Printed out table do not have any borders. Issue on FF; IE is OK.
I suggest to add thin gray border lines, possibly omitting vertical lines between columns.

I have changed some colors: pre and code text, table headers. I've also made Twisty buttons hidden.
The tables now have borders because of
PatternSkin/TablePlugin changes (revision 11775, 11776, 11777).

Still some issues:
Table test by printing out
WebChanges:
- FF 1.5 on Win: Table has no lines
- IE 6.0 on Win: OK
Verbatim test by printing out
PrintVerbatimTest:
- FF 1.5 on Win: Gray color too faint
- IE 6.0 on Win:
- Gray color too faint
- Not complete printout, tracked in Item2979

Next week I can test IE 6.0
AC
I have done some testing
Verbatim text prints completely in IE6, IE7 and FF2.0
Tables print completely and very readable in IE6, IE7 and FF2.0
Also tried Konquerer. It has its own funny way to scale and not my cup of tea. But that is a browser issue. And the tables and verbatim seems rendered OK.
So I am setting this to waiting for release.
