pattern skin uses the following include construct:

or similar. From the spec it is not clear that this should actually work. It would be just as good to have just
view
here, as the pattern specific template would be found anyway due to the skin. The specification is unclear here, but it seems to me to be a mistake in the templates. --

Incidentally, that was the reason for the problem this morning when resolving
Item2907.
If this usage is desired to differentiate templates, e.g., when cover is used, that should be documented in
Templates.pm
.
However, this does not seem to be a good idea, as there will be no way of overriding such template in the user topics.
I have corrected the templates.
