One old problem
g's are again bitten off at the bottom tail of the g. This time in Firefox.
In IE the small lock symbol is displayed below the user name when you are logged in. In Firefox it is only displayed when it says login.

troubles again.
Lets see if this works (r. 12201).

Both problems are still there.
The g problem only in the left bar and only in FF.
And the lock problem only in IE.

New fix (r. 12234). On my windows test machine everything works ok again.
AC
The lock item appears if either
LOGIN
or
LOGOUT
is defined. With ApacheLogin this is not the case, so the bullets got drawn with no text inside (but an image because of the css).
With a new conditional construction the bullets items are written only if
LOGIN
or
LOGOUT
is defined.
Tested and checked.

In principle this bug item should be closed and not be waiting for release - but instead I changed the title so it give a useful message of what has actually changed fro 4.0.5 to 4.1.0 - in previous bug items and ending with this.
KJL
4.1.0 released
