This must have been a recent change.
https://develop.twiki.org/do/view/TWiki/WebChanges?topic=template shows background of topic name in white, summary in light blue. It should be the other way around (as it used to be.)

I agree about the color order. The order has been changed because we no longer count the header as a colored row. And we want tables with header to start with white.
It will be a simple change to add table data color params to this specific
TABLE
.
But I think for the purpose of the page: to provide a list of alternative topics, too much data is provided. It is not that necessary to show the author and date for instance. Leaving that out would make the page easier to scan.
Just the table color change would be:
<!--
%TABLE{databg="#edf4f9,#ffffff"}%
-->
But I am now going to try to create a simpler page.
AC
The end result is not simpler, but it is more consistent with other pages.
AC
Removed custom format to make output skin independent - at the loss of calculating how many results. This means that the link "List more similar topic in this web" will be shown even when there are no more topics. Needs to be fixed in search templates or in core search.
