Detail

Formatting a number in PERCENT returns the right formatting but the wrong value.

For example: %CALC{"$FORMAT( PERCENT, 0, 0.2 )"} returns 20, so calculating 20% of say 100, results in 2000.

-- TWiki:Main/IvanaCace - 11 Apr 2007

It may not be clearly documented, but PERCENT means to "multiply number by 100 and add a percent sign to it", e.g. 0.5 is 50%.

-- TWiki:Main.PeterThoeny - 14 Apr 2007

I updated the docs.
