Detail
Example form definition:
- A newly created topic with a form that has a select+multi+values fromfield
MyMultiValues
will have all options preselected ... should be none
- If the topic is created by presetting the
MyMultiValues
with the empty string, the string-to-value mapping is broken. You will only get a selection list for val1, val2, val3
It seems as though
TWiki::Form::Select::renderForEdit()
does not know how to distinguish predefined from preselected values.

This has been a bug in all previous versions that have the select+multi+values feature merged in. It is probably still in the (obsolete)
ExtendedSelectPlugin.

Fix was causing unit tests to fail.
Fixed.
