When I write 

[[Minutes-2005-12-17]]
the result looks like this:

Minutes-2005-12-17

although the topic Minutes-2005-12-17 does exist. This is because it gets rendered as a link to "Minutes20051217", not "Minutes-2005-12-17".

The link was correctly rendered with Cairo and also with the earlier beta releases of Dakar!

I don't think it's a good idea to introduce 'enhancements' that break existing wiki data.

PS: I tried to register but got "Internal server error" as a reply.

Olaf, develop.twiki.org has same authentication base as twiki.org, i.e. you can use your twiki.org username/password here.

I can't reproduce the error locally or in Sandbox here (Sandbox.HypenInLinksMinutes-2005-12-17), you might want to have a look at your locale settings?
