The html for the button Discard is build incorrectly in the spanish translation. The error is in the file locale/es.po, line 2888. The section for the Discard button in the preview template is 

2886: #: twikiplugins/PatternSkin/templates/preview.pattern.tmpl:33
2887: msgid "value='Discard' accesskey='d'"
2888: msgstr "valor=Descartar' tecla de acceso= 'd'"

and the correct value for the line 2888 is 

msgstr "value='Descartar' accesskey='d'"
