Because the setting of $cfg{UsersWebName} in TWiki.cfg isn't changed during the renaming process using the renaming tool in the WebPreferences, links to user topics, and the leftmost part of the breadcrumbs (usually "TWiki") are broken. Changing the setting manually fixes this.

The "ManagingWebs" documentation describes this limitation, though not very clearly. The doc could be improved.
