Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.

I have an install of twiki-4.0.1 with the WYSIWYG plugin version 8535. The editor works find in Firefox However it doesn't work in IE 6 (with all current patches). When I edit a page in IE everything seems to work until I click save. At that point the contents of the page are deleted and replaced with "undefinedundefined". Two other people have reported this same problem on http://twiki.org/cgi-bin/view/Plugins/WysiwygPluginDev.

This bug is a duplicate of a previous bug report and has been resolved.

[[CC] updated the plugin Feb 22nd.

But he forgot to update the change history. CC Please update your change history. And do not just write "see SVN logs". The change history is for users and admins. SVN is for developers and is for most the same as being a secret hide-away. The change history in the plugin topic is very useful when you as a TWiki admin wants to evaluate if it is time top update a plugin or get triggered that a bug you have may have been resolved.

Jefferson you do not need to wait for that. Just download a fresh plugin from TWiki:Plugins.ActionTrackerPlugin

Sorry. I'm working on the process of automating the change history, to avoid this sort of thing, but haven't quite got there yet.

I'm confused. This is a bug in the WysiwygPlugin. You pointed me at an updated version of the Action Tracker plugin. I double checked the Wysiwyg page and I still only see 8535 there. Where am I supposed to download a new version of this plugin?

I don't know why I look at ActionTracker and pasted that link. Short circuit in my brain.

But the WysiwygPlugin has been corrected and the bug has been resolved.

But yes - with the WysiwygPlugin - CC did not upload the updated plugin at all.

Any clue when a new version will be upgraded? Should I go try and pull the changes from SVN or will there be a new release shortly?

To help you while we wait for CC to upload a new version - I have attached the current SVN version to this bug report

Thanks that appears to have fixed it.

Closing CC

Summary Kupu and IE don't Work (yes it does - but Plugin change history does not show that there is an update)
