An attachment in TWiki:Support.ActionTrackerNewbie shows a warning file (warn200603.txt) with many entries complaining about "Oh dear" in Sandbox.pm. This is a normal open call, so a failure is supposed to give some information in $!, so that variable should be written to the logs.

Patch attached, just in case.
