The recent update to Patternskin have introduced a need for updated translations.
Updated translations can be attached here or committed on this item.
SVN 9092 (Updated TWiki.pot + da.po).
Can updaters please make sure they check into TWikiRelease04x00
branch? You may need to update TWiki.pot first. Thanks.
Italian translation added to distribution - thank you MassimoMancini! (Grabbed from TWiki:Codev.UserInterfaceLocalisation
SVN 9369, TWiki4+DEVELOP.
Updated TWiki4 translation files (latest run of
), matches r9369.
Watch next release meeting (TWiki:Codev.EdinburghRelease#Edinburgh_Release_Meetings
) for a release date for 4.0.2. If possible, updated translations for 4.0.2 are very much appreciated!
Release date set for 22 Mar 2006 as seen in TWiki:Codev.EdinburghReleaseMeeting2006x03x20
. Last chance for translation updates!
I still miss the string "You are here:" from the breadcrumb in the latest .po files.
AC, just had a thought - you are not looking in DEVELOP are you?
If you are, I wonder if there's a doc that is still (mistakenly) pointing to it?
Anyway, focus is with the TWikiRelease04x00 branch for translations for 4.0.2 - I hope this is what has been bothering you.
Its in TWikiRelease4 now. But why not update the locale texts for DEVELOP as well? Or else we have to ask the translators to redo their work again later on.
I don't think it's a bad idea trying to keep both branches up to speed, translators with the ressources to do this are more than welcome. But a release from DEVELOP is not to be expected in the near future (traditionally releases are +1 year apart, although some are hoping to change this). So, as long as the TWikiRelease04x00
branch has first priority, DEVELOP translations are more than welcome.
Actually, as the patch CheDong
provided was against develop, I tried to just copy the patched zh-cn.po file to the TWikiRelease04x00
branch - and the result is good, only 3 fuzzy strings resulting from this operation. So not much difference yet, translation-wise, between the two branches.
, you may want to check the translation also against the TWiki4 branch from which 4.0.2 will be spawned? (On purpose of clearing up the three fuzzy strings left - see instructions in TWiki:Codev.DakarReleaseTranslations
Thanks for bringing the chinese translation up to date!
Release deadline for 4.0.2 (as discussed last meeting has been crossed), and I'm closing this item.
Thanks for all translation contributions (5 translations were brought 100% up to date)!
Corrected a small mistake in the Italian translation. No italian shows as Italiano in the language selector.
