It would be very nice if there was a tag which could be included into the publish templates, so that one was able to have a link-list to all rendered pages (without the excluded ones, of course).

I'd like this too: it would be a reasonably quick way to check that an issue you are having with the generated site conforms to expectation.
A better way would be to have something in the twiki page that links to its static equivalent.

Item2769 adds generating a sitemap.xml and a few other options, if you select the ftp publish method
I imagine I will be adding a sitemap html page at some stage too, but not yet

I don't understand what is happening with this; it appears MC and SD have backed the idea, but neither has produced an implementation? So I guess this has to flip back to 'New' state, as there is no clear request for feedback anywhere.

No sign of an implementation, so I'm "No Action"ing this. What is requested sound more like a plugin thing, and not relevant to the publish engine.
