I was just building a TWiki Application that relies on the latest version of Pattern Skin, and I discovered that PatternSkin doesn't ship it's version module, so there's no way of finding out what version is installed frown

All that's required is to add lib/TWiki/Contrib/PatternSkin.pm to the MANIFEST
