META{"parent"} doesn't return the direct parent when dontrecurse="on" is set.

  1. META{"parent"} =
  2. META{"parent" dontrecurse="on"} =

Test (1) works fine rendering all parents recursively. Test (2) will always return the empty string.

_renderParent() bails out at the begining of the loop when dontRecurse is true ... must be at the end of the loop to return at least the direct parent.
