A link like: 

[[Forced link - good]]

Is rendered as "ForcedLink -Good", but created page is "ForcedLink-Good" alright (inserted %20 is removed automatically on creation).

This casus some confusion to whether TWiki sees the topic as existing or not when rendering a page that links to the topic.

Suggestion: Make sure no spaces are left in topic name after rendering.
