i think naming it TWikiRelease04x00.html is an excellent idea. the extra x00 is confusing, and just plain wrong.

The TWikiRelease04x00x00.html name signals that it belongs to 4.0.0 and not 4.0.1, 4.0.2, 4.0.3 ...

I think the rename you suggest better tells that this is not an old out date file that someone forgot to update.
