For example, I changed "Topics" to "Topics in %BASEWEB%" in my left bar in a topic that is included from a web named Lib. Instead of, for example,
Topics in FooBar
, the left bar shows
Topics in Lib.FooBar
.
Sorry, I don't understand this report. Are you missing a " in the above report? What is
LIb
? Another web? Is FooBar a web, or a topic?
CC
No, I was missing a nop. Yes, Lib is a web, as is FooBar. And therein lies the problem. FooBar is treated as a topic name when I use %BASEWEB% in the above example.
ML
I still don't understand. You are saying that if a topic contains %BASEWEB% and it is included in a topic in another web, then %BASEWEB% will be expanded incorrectly? Can you
please build a testcase in the
LitterTray web that illustrates this? (it defeated me)
CC
Fortunately,
LitterTray is perfectly named for this.
BaseWebTest
AFAICT the behaviour is exactly as I would have expected. Discarding.
