Here and then I'm sending the plain view of a TWiki topic per mail, which looks fine for the HTML enabled mail clients in our company. However, if the page contains a %TOC%, clicking on a toc entry redirects to the online version and opens a browser window.

While looking at the code and preparing a fix, I searched twiki.org for the issue and found: TWiki:Codev.TOCLinkURIRefsNotRelative and TWiki:Codev.TocOnNotCurrentTopicBroken, both of 2004, Cairo era.

The latter topic says:

  • Not marked as Cairo fix since introduced recently.

It appears that the fix has been omitted in Dakar, so I'm re-fixing.
