I created a new web "based on" a web stat sets NOAUTOLINK to "on".

The "oops" page, ...template=oopsattention;def=created_web, does not take into account the possibility of NOAUTOLINK = "on"

In the list of possible destinations: Would you like to go to:

only "TWiki home" is linked.

Forcing this template to use the double-bracket syntax would not be a bad idea.
