TWiki:Main/AIanVogelesang contributed a simple UI/View.pm patch in TWiki:Codev/ViewfileLogging to log viewfile activities. This makes sense.

I suggest to add a new $cfg{Log}{viewfile} flag to configure.

Thanks AIan Vogelesang for the contribution. I added new $cfg{Log}{viewfile} flag, and added the revision number in case rev parameter is specified.
