My SMTP mail gateway (in the SMTP protocol itself) chokes on email addresses that look like "User Name <userid@domain>". It just wants the "userid@domain" part of the email address.

I put a couple of lines of code into lib/TWiki/Net.pm to fix this. This doesn't change the headers or body of the email being sent, just the format of the email address used in the SMTP protocol itself.

Patch is attached.
