Work in progress, under construction This is nothing more than a proof of concept today, but it has been discussed at some edinburgh release meetings (and it has a decent topic at TWiki:Codev.BenchmarkFramework).

It is more or less the code that produced the demos at http://munich.pm.org/cgi-bin/view/Benchmarks/Tools_MiniAHAH_4 (or _5, or _6), and hopefully should work in any SVN checkout installation. Even the documentation topic is empty yet. There is no .zip or .tgz for installation right now, because I didn't master the permissions so far.

However, CC encouraged me by saying that to enter SVN, code doesn't need to have production quality. Take it as my first attempt to master SVN in the Contrib area smile

If you nevertheless want to try it in an SVN checkout area, just perl pseudo-install.pl -link BenchmarkContrib. I am afraid that, to get rid of it again, after saying perl pseudo-install.pl -uninstall BenchmarkContrib, you'll need to manually delete any benchmark results you have created in the Benchmarks web, because they, by nature, aren't in the MANIFEST.

You have been warned wink
