Currently the only target for an upload is TWiki.org. But if you have a local repository (e.g. a company plugins repository behind a firewall) you may want an alternate upload destination.

Took a while to work out how to support TemplateLogin, but finally managed it. Also made it elective whether you upload new zips, to make simple topic updates faster.
