I see a number of runtime errors (with accompanying invitation to debug), and then a standard defualt templates style edit screen.

Definitely not production quality.

Propose we remove this template completely.

Deleted templates/edit.iejs.tmpl and twikiplugins/ClassicSkin/templates/edit.iejs.classic.tmpl. Verified that there is no use of these templates throughout core or plugins. -- TW

Reopening. The edit.iejs.tmpl is still in tools/MANIFEST which prevents building. I will action this right away.
