The url parameters for edit (the name of the script and other parameters it may ahve been given) need to be preserved across the various actions that
may perform so that one can correctly return to the edit when needed.
This is not currently the case for checkpoint and for the form affecting actions.
Corrected this for the checkpoint action. Less clear whether this should be done for the form affecting actions (adding and changing of forms) as this could be considered part of the standard editing application. Leave this for further discussion. -- TW
