I am using several TWikis on Dreamhost. Since a number of weeks I am no longer to edit topics using Safari.
Each time I get this error:
Safari can?t open the page ?http://twiki4.visiblearea.com/twiki4/MAIN/bin/edit/Sandbox/?topic=TestNewTopic&templatetopic=TWiki.WebTopicEditTemplate&onlywikiname=on&onlynewtopic=on?. The error was: ?bad server response? (NSURLErrorDomain:-1011) Please choose Report Bug to Apple from the Safari menu, note the error number, and describe what you did before you saw this message.
Editing on Firefox is ok though.
My server access log shows no errors:

I am editing this page with Safari fine. We need more detailed info - does this happen with all skins, or just pattern, can you re-produce it on this server,
mind you, it looks more like Safari hasn't even asked the server for the edit screen, so maybe we need more of the access and error log?
I however realise that i'm not using pattern skin on DH much - one mo, i'll test that too

After receiving feedback on IRC I conclude this must be either a specific installation problem or a browser/computer problem.
Mark as discarded.
