Bug 2: Add a line

Test case: LitterTray.VerbatimWithLiteral

I am tempted to put this as urgent, but I do not want to hold back the 4.1.0 release because of it.
This is a chicken and egg situation; whether literal is handled before verbatim, or vice versa. I chose the former because of the risk of one of the other formatting features mangling html intended to be included literally.
It's definitiely fixable, just requires someone to do it.
See also Item2440
, which really ought to be addressed at the same time.
Done, and in the patch branch.
Switched nesting of literal and verbatim to allow literal in verbatim blocks.
Closed with release of 4.1.2
