Does this site look broken?. Use the LitterTray web for test cases.
When a topic A is being referenced via an URL from another topic B in a different web, then renaming the topic A will not update the reference in topic B.

  1. Create Topic Main.MyTopicA
  2. Create Topic Sandbox.MyTopicB
  3. In MyTopicB, add a line
  4. Go to MyTopicA, and rename it with "search in all public webs"
  5. Problem: The reference from MyTopicB is not found

The reference is found when both topics are within the same web. It is also found if the URL uses "." instead of "/" between web and topic like this

I discussed this with Crawford Currie; to his knowledge this is broken because the renaming looks for "Web.Topic", but not "Web/Topic".
