When a user makes a link with a colon and then tries to create the page from the question mark next to the link, you get the following error on saving the page:
Error saving topic
During save of Sandbox.TestLinkWith:Colon an error was found by the version control system. Please notify your TWiki administrator.

Example link: [[Trash.BugsLinkWith:Colon]] produces LinkWith:Colon
, which exhibits the problem on my system. It has the following setup:
- Windows XP Professional
- Apache 2.2.4 (Win32)
- Cygwin Perl 5.8.7
I am fairly sure this is a problem due to the colon being an invalid filename character in Windows, because it seems to work here (as the link above shows).

Note: this isn't actually a bug. You can just add the : to the name filter regex in configure. Shouldn't this be the default though?
