Mailnotify uses several suffixes to accomodate different kinds of notification. For example it uses exclamation mark to denote "news" style subscription. I have tried to get SubscribePlugin to support this kind of subscription by adding an exclamation to the topic attribute in the SUBSCRIBE tag. This actually works the first time the plugin is invoked - it adds the topic name followed by the exclamation to WebNotify. However, if you click again to unsubscribe, it adds the same entry again to WebNotify.

I'm doing a change that also makes child style subscriptions and lists to topics work. They all need to be in the same web though (the same web as the first topic in the list.)
