TWikiUsers.txt is now shipped as part of TWikiUserMappingContrib. This is OK, but I treat all files installed by plugins as read-only; so as a result I can't register any users any more. Also, when using pseudo-install, it links back to the file in the plugin area, so I end up unconciously writing a file in the plugin area - not good.

It maybe isn't such a great idea for a plugin to install files that the system has to be able to write.

I changed the code to use a template. This now means that at long last, a new TWiki release does not overwrite TWikiUsers.txt. Yay!

important enough point to mark it as waiting.

This is a great enhancement as this means upgraders no longer have to be concerned that their precious Main.TWikiUsers topic gets overwritten when upgrading. Great improvement.
