Currently %WIKIWEBMASTER% is still used in various places, but there is no VarWIKIWEBMASTER topic defined, and the setting is gone from TWiki.TWikiPreferences where it used to sit in earlier releases.

As long as it is not defined, it shows up as a "0" (for instance in ChangePassword).

I suspect it should be depricated using the new webmaster settings in configure?

There is a WIKIWEBMASTER function tag that can be overridden by a setting in TWikiPreferences. It should be documented.

%WIKIWEBMASTER% is also used in skins, it can't be deprecated. Shouldn't the variable be set based on the configure setting?

Another bug item marked future and the value makes no sense. If the bug item had been real patch or minor would have been correct
