When I save a topic from preview, the changes are not saved. The metadata is always updated and the topic shows the correct modification time and author.

If the topic did not previously exist, a new blank topic is created
If the topic did exist, no changes are saved
If checkpoint is used, the new edit window contains the original topic contents

I looked through the code, but I don't know enough of the inner workings of TWiki to even being to track this one down.

This looks like a template refactoring bug.

New bug: form data are not passed to preview, or not saved by preview!
