Item4554: More blank lines appearing between headers after Save and Edit (opening and closing) multiple times

If you create a topic from a template using H3 headers, the first time you open it up, 4 blank lines come up between the H3 headers.

When you SAVE the topic and then EDIT again, additional blank lines appear, IF you have not added content between the headers. If you do this multiple times, the blank lines grow to 9 from 4.

Confirmed. Also in other situations. Empty lines are added many placed each time you save. Very annoying having to delete them. See below.

Description

This is the X project for the Y 1.0 release. The project will develop a new X item which enables Y to talk to Z1 and Z2 and give the customer the new ZYZ feature. The project consists of the follow sub tasks

• Specify X
• Design X1
• Design an X2 which connects to X1
• Design the inteface to Y
• Design the interface to Z1
• Develop automatic unit tests
• Integration and Test with Y and Z
• Regulatory approval of interface with land line.
