The TinyMCEPlugins package from twiki.org is missing the following required files:

/pub/TWiki/TinyMCEPlugin/tinymce/jscripts/tiny_mce/plugins/twikiimage,
/pub/TWiki/TWikiTemplates/base.css

base.css is 4.2 only, and you will get a Javascript error, but it should not stop the editor from running.

I have added the twikiimage files to the package.
