Adding A Selection Of Common Icons/Strings To Insert
Not a bug, but an enhancement request (not sure how to indicate this in the form). The kupu editor has a useful feature where selections of common icons and TWiki strings can be defined and insterted. New users found this really helpful, and it made it easy to keep the content as tidy as possible for TML users (for example, using %ICON% instead of img tags).
Can you suggest a way for us to add something similar for TMCE, so we can develop something for the community ?

is initialised using a TWiki variable called TINYMCEPLUGIN_INIT. This contains all the initialisation options passed to the editor, which includes things such as lists of predefined images that can be passed to the advimage plugin. Read the doc on TinyMCE
, experiment with the setting of that variable, and see what you can/can't do.
translator is already configured to pattern-match a number of paths (WYSIWYGPLUGIN_ICONS) and convert them back to "TML strings" (that was how Kupu worked) and re-using that mechnism wouldn't be hard.
Regraded to Enhancement.
Hi. I did poke around in there a little, but if you say it should be possible, I'll spend some more time and see if I can work it out. I'll keep this item updated with my sucess (or misery). Thanks.
