Configure offers a link to install extra plugins/extensions. It brings up a list of items offered for install. Nice.
At the bottom of that list, there appears some documentation or warning that I can neither understand nor judge the importance of understanding. It contains many undefined terms and new concepts. The only take away message I get, still half way through installing, is oh TWiki is going to be too hard for me.
It's something about extension repositories, but I don't know they are. I understand the text comes from lib/TWiki/Configure/UIs/EXTEND.pm
It needs to be translated into "plain English for new admins" if it's essential information, or moved into reference docs if inessential. If it stays there in some form, it would be helpful to indicate whether or not it's something I need to do before or after installing my plugins, or later, or supplementary information.

This prompted me to do a bit more work to improve the way extensions are handled in
configure
. As a result I had to make several important bugfixes to Net, so I have merged it to 420.
