Detail

According to the (extremely verbose) "Edit Help" for creating a new bug report, I have the option of

Editing the raw text instead of Wysiwyg

  • Use the Raw Edit link at the bottom action bar.

However, there is no "Raw Edit" link in the "bottom action bar". There doesn't appear to be a "Raw Edit link" anywhere on the page.

I am unable to find this text in the doc?

CC has since this item was created generously added the "pickaxe" tool in the wysiwyg editor to switch to raw edit - closing.
